Had a call from "Tom" saying he was ringing back about insulation we'd had installed in our loft. Except we'd never had insulation installed as we don't even have a loft! Immediately hung up when I said this. Guessing it's some kind of scam/marketing operation.
Message stated they were from Amazon and that £79.00 had been taken from my account. Press 1 to speak to someone.... SCAM! FRAUD! BEWARE!
