This is a some sort of prank number. They do not speak then drop the call. Please arrest them and bring them to the nearest police station for questioning.
This seems to be a scam, someone pretending to be someone's child, saying 'Hi Mum, this is my new number. My phone doesn't turn on on anymore so now you can text and call me on this number'. My child would not write like this. Please be aware.

I have received hundreds of calls of this type from numbers all over the country. Mum was suspicious, rang off, got the number by dialing 1471 then rang it back. Women who answered refused to give her name and said she hadn't called Mum and didn't work for a company.
