Please don't answer - people have lost up to £300 pressing 1 and then they continually try you on different numbers every day after this. This is a bogus caller, not Vodafone. When u call them back they do not answer Vodafone and the operator was stupid enough not to put me on mute, carrying on the conversation with another person asking them what to do if someone called them. He was very agitated and could not give his identifier number or base ID when challenged.
