get called from this number 2to 3 times every day early am & 8.0pm goes to answerphone all i ever here is background office noise. when i have answerd they hang up. makes know sense to call daily for weeks & say nothing.

It was a computer generated message pertaining to be from Ofcom advising our Internet will be disconnected due to hacking like behaviour, we should contact BT to discuss. Neither our phone nor Internet is provided through BT!

Automated male voice claiming to be from HMRC informing me that I own HMRC money. If I didn t press 1 they would issue a warrant for my arrest.

Do not disclose any personal details. They will be very persuasive. They say they are from UK reclaim Department, but they will not give the addrress of their office. They told me to go to the nearest post offife and phone this no. 02081440185 and fill in the money gram form. This should be done in within 30 minutes. Unsolicited insurance telemarketing company from Wiltshire. Recent online competition entry for Glastonbury possibly accounts for them obtaining my no.

This number called today and I didn t have time to Google it before answering. Said they were from American Express, only asked for half my postcode and they knew the type of card I held and how long I have had it. He was trying to sell an identity/credit rating protection (Platinum protect plus I believe). He was polite, when I said I wasn t interested he was pleasant. Six times in a week this number has called and as I am on holiday I am charged to answer UK calls and answerphone. It must be an automatic dialer as any sane person would recognise a foreign ringtone.

This is a SCAM number: Female voice says HMRC are launching a lawsuit against you and to press one to talk to a case officer. HMRC do not use recorded calls from mobile numbers: they write. These scammers try to get you to pay them. Block it!

Indian/Pakistani sounding clearly calling from a call centre not in the U.K. as he had me on speaker phone and could hear him speaking with someone else as I answered the call. He asked for someone I don’t know. I told him I didn’t know the person and he got rude and aggressive with me before hanging up. I’ve blocked the number.

Printerland sell printers and this is one of the sales numbers. The call I got was not unsolicited.

indian sounding lady called today, used my "nickname" that I don t use professionally, said that she was calling from Microsoft and that the technical team had noticed a problem with Windows on my computer. When I said I was an IT graduate with several years of support experience and that her story did not add up, and that she was calling from Watford where Microsoft do not have an office, she strangely put the phone down on me!
