Yep it s RNIB, had my number from buying lottery ticket. Trying to get you to sign up to weekly lottery etc.

I must have had ten calls this last week from a company calling themselves UK Preference. Today s number used was 01612228888. The voice was an Indian male and was very persistent talking over me when I told him to take me off their calling list and to stop calling me. These bottom feeders are trying desperately to contact me regarding a debt which is just about to drop off my credit file as it is coming up to six years old and is going to be statute barred.
