Started with hard sale on Carbon emmisions and he unfortunately has since gone on to invest large sums of money in gems and oil. Portfolio of investment was supposed to go to auction Dec 13. Suprise however - company states had to stop trading as under investigation but investment still safe!! Have since reported to police/action fraud but feer money gone ( life savings). Claimed to be a county court enforcement officer wanted me to make a BACS transfer over the telephone for a debt that was disputed years ago. Was very convincing but it is a scam. Genuine High Court Enforcement Officers (HCEOs) and Certificated Enforcement Agents (CEAs) would never ask for sort code or account number over the telephone.
