It is so funny how the UK govt allows number spoofing and can not get to know who uses these numbers. It is no brainer that o2 could identify who uses this spoofed numbers. So when I see Tunisia on phone display blocked and reported to all possible-ICO/7726 and all on line forums utter utter scumbags. WhatsApp getting lately which I’ve never had. How come NOTHING DONE BY ANY AGENCIES? This number has over 100k look ups as a scam?! Find prosecute and put in tech that stops this once and for all-Bas*ards! Ex directory and tps registered means nothing!

Got called, my name and email were known to the caller.. claimed the FTX bankruptcy affected me and suggested i could regain my funds in crypto.. wanted to know if i had a wallet. I'm pretty sure i do not have any money outstanding, or lost any due to any bankruptcy. Voiced my skepticism, got called by a "manager" after, same story.. even less trust due to impatience and the voice calls without anything in email or regular mail. Looks like a scam to me, to try and gain access to ppl's crypto

I am suspicious of this number because after receiving a possible ?phishing call I made a 1471 call to discover the number the call came from I was given this number, which I rang. It was answered by a man who told me he was in Kent and i told him why I had called his number but nothing else(my name or location) i suggested he should look into how this could have happened and that his line might be compromised somehow.

This number rang "advising" that £750.00 had suddenly appeared on our Amazon A/C - scam!

SCAM can't call back, says the number doesn't exist. I've had 12 calls today from this and similar numbers all allegedly in Bodmin.

SCAM: received a text message, allegedly from my daughter, at 00.54 in the morning which was 'hello mum, this is my new number. My old phone no longer works. Can you send this number a message on Whatsapp? 07706376356.' So I did. I then checked with my daughter, who confirmed that she has not changed her phone number. I have phoned the number twice since; does not pick up but does go through to an anonymous voicemail.

SCAM - claim to be from BT Openreach and advise my internet searching has gone from private to public. They had my home address details (but I didn’t confirm anything). My system has not been compromised, as I have all my security settings nailed down and up to date. Don’t divulge or confirm anything with them, even when they say they are putting a block on your IP, it’s nonsense.

HMRC fake. Also aggressive answer phone asking me to talk to an agent (press1) or before legal action taken. I don't care if they are the real HMRC, send me a letter or deliver notice by plod.
