This is about the 7th call I've had from them, mostly an Asian guy. They ring back after you hang up. Always calling middle of the day. This one seems to be the same story as the 08437240169 and 08437240171 - it seems they use more premium rate numbers for cold calling, so for any case DO NOT call them back, this is a money trap. If they answer the call, there is some fake pensions review group or similar story, be very careful before presenting them any personal data...
