Someone offering me an available slot on the front page of Google for a month. Told me they were from Google and then when I queried that, claimed to be an official partner. No one, not even Google themselves, can guarantee you a specific slot on Google. Hang up and ignore.

This is a scam. They claim to be calling from DHL about an unpaid import duty charge but they haven’t even got the right amount! I’d already had an email from DHL a few days earlier. Didn’t ask for payment over the phone but sent an email. What bothers me is that they had my home phone number, my email address (the payment link was in a very poorly constructed fake email from ‘George Spofforth’) & the DHL waybill number. Serious data breach going on here.

SCAM Looking like a scam , this person register on dating app and after ask your number , I give my number and after start speaking on WhatsApp . I ask my name and she didn't know my name from the app , I told to check the app and after to tell me my name , and she tell me different name . I don't know what I say but I blocked .
Fraud. Claims to be PayPal but answered by Indian call center. Asked them what my paypal email address was and they hung up. Kept calling them and asking if they knew that what they were doing was fraud/illegal.

Had 3 calls so far today, 1 in morning 2 afternoon, all hang up after I pick up, regardless of wait time. No one knows my landline either, so don’t know how it’s being called unless it’s malicious. SCAM Call center Purported to be from British Gas. I had difficulty understanding what he was trying to tell me because of a strong accent, but he was suggesting a problem with my boiler thermostat? Then went on to talk about a maintenance contract to cover the boiler, radiators and electrical supply. I queried several times about his genuine employment by British Gas and he finally hung up the phone.
