Car Accident telemarketing. They claim to have been told about a car accident - which is untrue.

Claiming to be from Citizens Advice who apparently have been informed about my outstanding debt status. Is this not a gross breach of one of the 8 principles of the Data Protection Act? Scum caller, and yes i meant to write scum.

I Got the call twice from this number to my mobile phone within a week. First time its disconnected as soon as I picked the call. Second time someone spoke with me and verified my name by telling the name correctly and asking that have I met with a road accident and claiming. Almost certainly a scammer. Use the call-blocking system on your mobile or your landline if your provider offers this.
