I recieved a call from a company introducing themselves as Energy Helpline and stated that they were looking to help me out on my Home Phone and Broadband bills. They convinced me to switch to another provider and that I had to pay an amount upfront for an activation fee? Is this normal? Then they stated they had a power cut as soon as I gave those details and they then had to ring me back? Sounds suspicious if you ask me, it has been an hour now. What is happening???

On some phones you can block the numbers, I have an iPhone 5s and it s very handy being able to block these pests. Iv had 30+ calls from different numbers the past few weeks too! of which I just keep blocking. Iv answers a few times and one guy was so nasty after I politely asked him to stop calling.. This number calls at least twice a day. Around the same time between 1pm and 2pm. The number isnt a number i know so i do not answer. They never leave a voucemail either.
