Sent text message to my mobile claiming to be from BT - then asked name and BT number. I refused further information on the grounds that BT already have my address and was given some unbelievable story about my mobile number having come up in some other context. This number which is a Glasgow code, called and an indistinct, mumbled young female voice asked for me by name, said she was phoning from another mumbled company and had I had any accidents in my car in the last few years. I said no, and she said oh well then and hung up. Some kind of scam with bad line and mumbled names part of the act.

This company has called me several times over a period of months. After the first 3 calls I told them in no uncertain manner that I was fed up with their calls and not to call again. However the same number calls me regularly, despite the fact that I never answer now. Surely this is harassment?
