Claimed to be BT. But became offensive and said I don't know shit when I refused his nonsense!

Got this call today, pension, under 60, £1,000 blad blad blad, total scam and I just hung up, checked the map where the call might come from and it shows a street called Lloyd St. in Manchester, near, in or beside a pub called the Old nags head.

Received a call, couldn't take it, but caller never left message so I Checked BT 1471 later, which came up with 01752365182. Called the number back, kept ringing, no reply!

Caller: Your Samsung TV warranty has run out. We can renew the warranty for you. GEM: Is that the 5 year warranty. Caller: Yes GEM: Well no thanks as the TV is now at least 7 years old now, (your a bit late). GEM:TAKE ME OFF YOUR DATABASE. This is a TPS registered number, you are not the original seller of the TV or the original supplier of warranty so should not be cold calling this number

tried to get our number off the call list followed by abuse and insults concerning my accent and did I make cider or drive a tractor

Trying to sell accident compensation. Woman was VERY rude when I asked how she got my number.

Asked to buy company, advised not interested and he consistently calls back.

have recently ended contracts with three and Sky. Answered this call got no response for several seconds therefore hung up.

"Kirsty" from "company-name-deliberately-said-too-quickly". Said she had been informed that I d been in a car accident that wasn t my fault. As soon as I said "No!", she hung up. Should have had a little fun first. Nevermind. BLOCKED.

I received a call from this number this afternoon. He wanted to confirm my details, so I asked what it was regarding and he hung up. A little strange really.

Call show as International with No 01251085224 - Call put down when picked up to answer - I have an answer machine so will not pick up if it calls again and check if a message is left. Complete waste of time!

I missed a call from these people yesterday whilst at work, who are they and are they just scam?

It's a claim management company trying to bully you into claiming compensation. Despite being told to piss off they keep ringing back.
