These people obtain, STEAL, your tel. number from your ip address via metadata. Ever come accross annoying adverts when browsing online which doesn t let you close? ie. Engadget, youtube etc... Mine was a survey which popped up whilst online and I had to wait 20secs inorder to dismiss that advert. Enduring the agonising 20 secs. They call through the exchange using a local number so the number changes

Cold called by 01212885519 on 4/5/2016, caller said they were phoning regarding an accident by a member of my family. Despite repeated requests for their company name, she merely stated she was the Accident department . Told her she had the wrong number and she hung up.
