Called 4 times today, did the whole reciting my details trick (easily obtainable by googling my office phone number) apparently offering better electricity rates. Told them I wasn t interested on all 4 occasions yet they kept calling back to ask who was providing my electric. Very insistent on getting my electricity providers name to the point it was suspicious that they wanted it so much.

Scam from asian sounding male suposedly working for Virgin Media and claiming that my router was faulty. After getting me to jump through some hoops, told me that I would be getting a new router and £204.56 in compensation. Automated HMRC message saying that legal action was being taken.
Asian guy rang and half way through the conversation he started to actually abuse me using the F word. And that was because I was being slightly awkward (due to the nature of the call). Nevertheless, I m sure it doesn t give him the right to start swearing down the phone. Told him he needed to be professional and brush up on his manners and he hung up (after swearing again).
