When I said I had no connection to Carphone Warehouse, she said this was a promotion call about some Samsung mobile. I doubted whether it was from Carphone Warehouse. Anyway, I said I was perfectly happy with my Nokia phone and hung up.

They asked me security questions but I kept saying I didn t know who there were and not happy to give out personal information.
