As in the other comment I was told to ring 01642850850 - this is useless. It asks you to give the name of the person and offers no other option. Since I don t know who called I was at a dead end
Claimed to be from HMRC about my National Insurance number and to say that my number has been involved in fraudulent activity and that they we're suspending my NI number and to press 1 to speak with an officer. I will report this to HMRC and the police action fraud website.
