this number called to inform me by recorded message that my internet was about to be disconnected and was asked to press one of 2 digits on my phone keypad where I would be directed to discuss my options. I consider this is a scam which would then connect me to a premium phoneline. it is now blocked by my call protect and I advise anyone receiving a call from this or similar numbers with the same dialling code not to press any digit on their phone but hang up and block the number

Rang once then hung up - glad I searched number. Now added to blocked list along with all the scam numbers

Got this call today so looked it up on this site. One thing though - if it s clear pretty quickly that it s a cold caller that you don t want to speak to, just say "no" and put the phone down. No need for a polite conversation. No need for "no thank you very much". Just put the phone down. They are being extremely rude by intruding into your day so you allowed to be rude back by just hanging up straight away. Much easier for you.

Countless calls from this number! It s pure nuisance! When I answered, they said they were with the RMA and that I had unpaid debt with Barclay card. I m not a customer of Barclay Card, which I told them but apparently they won t listen! I m really fed up right now!

Debt collectors using a service which gives out this area code when they are based else where in the uk.this has got to be illegal

Received automated call after attempting to make a payment with my card which was refused. Automated voicemail left this number to call. This number is for the Fraud line call centre in Sunderland. I was wary at first about giving details and voiced this but service advisor said if worried not legit to call number on the back of my card and will be put through to them (not pressured into giving any security info at all). They rang me, I answered then they ended the call straight away before speaking.

They have been ringing me for weeks and managed to ignore the number when it came up. They rang 7times on my landline yesterday. 3 times in the space of half an hour. My husband then answered it last night and woman said something about a survey and him getting voucher for petrol. i shouted him to hang up the phone...which he did. They haven t called back. I am now investing in a phone with call guard because I am absolutely SICK of being harassed by this number and similar annoying sales calls.
