SCAM Apparently calling from Sky technical team, said there had been Internet errors in the last 2 days and for them to rectify it I need to open my laptop and follow their instructions.... I asked the caller to verify they were from Sky and the caller went silent then hung up. Be careful people.

Rude lady called to speak to our Business Manager, when told she has to email she said they don't email and only talk!! I said she wouldn't be getting through because she isn't a current supplier of ours so she said she will keep calling back, l replied you will not be put through so please don't bother calling again. I have now blacklisted this number from our phone system.....thank god we have the facility to do so.

I doubt that very much, also pet peeve but called me by my first name which suggests they have more information than I would care to give.I had to stop his spiel to ask him to remove my information which he couldn t do so I ve hung up. This company ring monthly. The woman today was very aggressive saying she was doing me a favour and wanted a reason why I was refusing such a good deal. Asked to speak to manager, she came with a higher voice, I wasn?t fooled. Asked again for manager and who promptly cut me off. Rang back the number it was Hotweeks. Got through to manager who said he would remove my details from their system. They have said that before . If they ring again it?s off to Ofcom.
