I did not catch the firm name, but they claimed to have been passed a file with details of a road accident I was involved in recenrly. When I told them I had not been in one, they asked if anyone in my household has. They got my mobile number from somewhere and are clealel chancing it on the basis that I may have been one, or worse still, possibly wanting me to make one up, so they can take on my cases.

As above an Indian chap who said that his name was Jasper, we sometimes get called 20 times a day, he says that he is from Microsoft calling as they have noticed some issues with my operating system. I let him go on for a while, he wanted me to sign in and let him take control of my pc, I then said that I was a licensed Microsoft engineer and the line went dead immediately.

Fraud - I received a text saying "Your parcel requires a £2.99 shipping fee, pay this now at royal.mail-transit.co.uk If not paid your parcel will be return." This was smart as I had last week mailed a parcel to Europe but I had it tracked so when I check my tracking number on the official royal mail website it said it had already been delivered.

Nuisance call - unsolicited call - keeps calling, very negatively rated number which call evary day, because of some price you won. Rated as a scam and annoying number.

SCAM - addressed me by my name and verified my address. The lady basically said that my fibre-glass wool loft insulation is no longer valid and they in my area tomorrow doing surveys in the neighbouring roads. I said that I was in the property business and I have not heard of this and I would need to look into it. And guess what he phone went dead. How rude, not even a goodbye.
