Caller with English accent told me that my loft insulation was faulty and was causing condensation, but nothing to worry about. When asked he said he was from the UK Advisory Information Centre and they ran the Renewable Energy Database where my details had come from. When asked he said he was based in central London. DHL Scam. Don’t give them any information. They’re trying to get payment for unpaid import duty but somehow they’ve got access to DHL’s waybill numbers. But they’re so stupid they can’t even quote the correct amount!
They said they are the tenancy support. And that they are collecting information to press the council landlords and housing association to fix the problems in the houses as there has been a backlog of jobs that hasn't been done. They Ask you questions if you are are council or housing association if he have leaks inside your house or other jobs that the landlord should take care of at the end of the conversation they say that one of the representatives will call you later on that day .

Said that because they’d refunded an overpayment that my account may show in arrears and I may receive an automated letter due to this error. They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!
