This number has called me numerous times over the past 3 or so days, including twice within 10 minutes of each other this morning! If you really want or need to speak to me, then leave a message on my answer machine, simple!! - these people will never leave a message and I will NEVER answer their harrassment calls on a number that I don t recognise. I have now blocked this number from ringing me any more.

I received a call from a man who himself as an employee of Consumer Helpline - spent Reactive Media. Supposedly I would have paid a lot of money, which would be paid back to me now. I asked him to whom exactly I should have paid the money and just hung up.

Colin, it's more than a nuisance. It is actually illegal to make a silent call. This should be reported to Ofcom.
