Just had a call from 07477462680 from 'HMRC' threatening legal action and to press 1 to speak to an officer. Obviously a scam.
0036 2087635797 rang at 09:10, sounded like a spammer, so I said "I can't hear you!" and he hung up
Caller hangs up after 2 rings, treat as dangerous.
SCAM Certainly not from within the UK and claiming to be from Citizen's advice bureau. Keep them on the phone and have some fun with them if you have the time. It's better then hanging up or getting upset.

This number appeared on my son's phone. He says he does not recognise it and didn't call it. The time of the call was when he would have been in a school lesson. Charged £6.90 for 11 seconds.
This guy called me and he said he was a member of the association AML "anti money laundering" in UK and international also. He pretended he could recover money from crypto websites. Mobile phone spam / scam / fraud. Scammers pretend to call from Currys Mobile department. They will sign you up on a completely different deal than agreed initially with the most expensive phone available. They use several phone numbers some of them on Whatsapp. Also will e-mail an order confirmation from an address that seems genuine. It's not. After receiving the parcel they will try to convince you to send the phone back to some shady residential address. Avoid!
A woman called qbout washing machine insurance which she said was running out but the machine is still under warranty. Almost certainly a scam.

SCAM Guy called Daniel Gomes purporting to be from Amazon Prime informing me that someone in Manchester had tried to use my account and they needed to verify my details or my account would be suspended for my protection. I did not supply any information, but was told to think about it and call back on 0208 123 7233 which I certainly did not do. I was called again later and this time I hung up. I have received genuine e-mails from Amazon mentioning this type of scam.
