I answered line went dead, I called them back, I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then the line disconnected.
Obvious call centre noise background noise as soon as I answered, with a delay before anyone responded. The caller had an extremely strong Asian/Indian accent and told me his name was Paul Simon (yeah, right!) calling from Norfolk County Council about a recent accident I d had. constantly ringing my daughters mobile, she answered one morning call and advised she is in the hospital, they rang every 20 minutes after that call until i got there at 5.30. i answer the phone and the woman kept telling me to stop talking when i was telling her the situation. once i told her i would take it further she hung up. 20 minutes later they rang again! absolute nuisance
