Possible that very sophisticated software being used - have had a previous call from 'Chris' on a different number and another call this morning from 'Chris' on a further number linked to Edinburgh. He surely gets around!!!

They call you and ask you to chose an option via an automated audio. This will likely re-route your call to a premium number that they own. It is not a legitimate caller so do not answer it.

My record is 25 mins waiting for me to find fictitious paperwork... they hang up... I know people dont have time to mess around but i work nights so i quite enjoy it. I don t have any policies, this is a pest call. I had a call two days ago from a woman claiming to be from the MORI poll, tried to get me to sign up to EDF and give out information on what insurance policies I have. Suspect they are linked. Another one for the blocked number list!
