Called to say I had been in an accident and they had received my file. Funny I ve never been in a car accident!! They hung up on me in the end as I was asking too many questions.

Its time we all stood up to these type of calls they are rude and should be closed down by the the service providers. Its distracting and takes up valid time from work, my company is making provision to remove all private mobile devices from work.

Rang telling me that I had had a bump on the road and would I like to claim for this. When I said I hadn t had a crash they said Oh, our records state you have, could we be confusing you with someone else in your household? - to which the answer was again no. When I asked her to remove my number she hung up on me.

This number called and I did not recognise the number so I did not answer it. I then tried to ring it back to see who was calling and the message I got was "this number is not recognised so I can only guess it is another scam call.

I received a call from a man with a very strong accent claiming to be from BT to help speed up our broadband. The fact that he greeted me saying ?hi I?m Martin? then 5 minutes later told me his name was John Wilson, was a huge red flag. I can confirm that this is a scam call number as I called the real BT to confirm the number was not affiliated with them. Do not give out any information or allow these scammers access to your computer!

Just had a very shady call, would only speak to the owner. Venesta Washrooms - The same person calls our office 3 or 4 times a week asking for various people s phone numbers (Quantity Surveyors I understand, but they will ring for Site Managers, Labourers, HR, Accountants etc.) and then calls back the next week asking for the same information - she has asked us for one QS s number 4 times in the last week alone! Do not answer this number, they are a nuisance!
