Don't you think? I would avoid this link and if you are really worried call up Natwest on their official number.

Looks like a young man with a Moroccan dialect and is said to be from KPN/Internet/Telephone provider with a new good offer - is quite aggressive and says you "have to" eavesdrop on a tape. KPN says that this person cannot be from KPN and labels this person as a fraudster / phishing. Advice: Do not call back and do not answer.
