Have checked with RCN headquarters and this number is LEGITIMATE

SCAM. Chancers trying to find out if you have debts and then get angry when you won't give them sensitive information. At first the woman sounded courteous and sweet but then she soon turned nasty.
Rang today saying it was a debt company and my husband( who they didn’t know was deceased ) owed money for a long time . I didn’t tell them he was deceased and said if you want ant contact with my husband you’ll only get it through me , as this Indian insisted he spoke to him . SCAM called to discuss damp problems reported in my property, I don’t have damp issues and have never reported any problems. I own my own property so knew immediately that this was a scam, talked to them long enough to get the gist of what they were trying to do before hanging up.
