called at 0740 hrs and asked for me in a verry foreigh language ?
These people are scammers, ambulance chasers, claiming for accidents you have not had.
This is apparently a genuine number for FedEx but it's been hi-jacked by a 'BT' scammer using a recorded message saying they've monitored suspicious activity. I cut the call then tried to dial 1471 but the line was still engaged and I had to try a couple more times before it cleared.

I was called from this number approx. 5,00pm this evening, and answered to a recorded female message advising me that my Amazon Prime account had expired, and that a charge of £95 would be made to automatically renew it. As I do not have a Prime account, I did not listen any further to the message, which I suspect was going to advise me to press a digit on my phone, to speak to an adviser, from where details of my Bank Account would be required!! I hung up halfway through the message.
SCAM. Says the GiffGaff account is suspended and provides a link to authenticate. I don’t have a GiffGaff account ???? Do not click the link!!
This is a personal home security scam. Put the phone down and block this number.
02038095000 Someone called from that number and the auto sector said it was Ravenue. They threatened me with a court, a penalty for fraud and that I have to pay £ 2,000 now so you don't go to jail. The scammers sound professional at the beginning of the conversation, so be careful
SCAM Phone number 07871921169 called at 09.30 this morning. A recorded message with a female American voice purporting to be from Amazon informing that a £399.00 phone had been bought using our account - if this was not so "Press 1". Did not press 1. Have checked our account and no such transaction had been registered.

Churchill Car Insurance - Customer Service response using 60253 Short Text number, is charged by all U.K. Providers - Churchill don’t advise that this is the case. Very wrong in my opinion they need to change immediately it’s upsetting a lot of their customers.

A woman called saying she was from my internet provider and the line would be getting cut of, she then suggested that I press one and speak to a supervisor, this is the third such call today. |I of course put the phone down but I'm sure these calls will continue until the police take it seriously and stop what are dangerous attempts to defraud.

7 calls in one day 10:18 11:35 12:17 12:46 14:24 15:01 15:28 It is Adrian Flux, its from a call centre i rang back and destroyed the guy on the other end of the line. I have used them and always been happy but over 3 days ive had over 20 calls. would put me off ever using them again!! my insurance wasnt even up! I called this time a year ago inquiring for insurance for someone else in my family. after the first 3 calls today they would then only let it ring just under 2 rings!

SCAM It's a call from "Microsoft" stating hackers have been attacking my windows machine. I managed to keep the guy on the call for 4 minutes until he realised I was wasting his time when he asked if I'd seen event view before... I work in software development, hopefully wasting his 4 minutes stops another person falling for underhand tactics.
Indian/Pakistani sounding clearly calling from a call centre not in the U.K. as he had me on speaker phone and could hear him speaking with someone else as I answered the call. He asked for someone I don’t know. I told him I didn’t know the person and he got rude and aggressive with me before hanging up. I’ve blocked the number.
