The number is a Manchester number but based in South Africa, which is suspicious to start with. Got a call from this number telling me I had to register my electricity meter. When I asked why, I was told it was because I had recently moved in. Again, I asked why I should need to register my meter and at this point the caller just hung up. Sounds very much like a scam of some sort.
