The number = 01709889223, this number phoned me today (at 13:08 on 1st March 2022) and the caller stated they were from BT OUTBOUND ringing about my telephone. They were indian, male and middle aged, they identified themselves as John Martin. I am ex-directory and my phone is registered with the telephone preference service to block sales calls and unwanted calls. I checked online and the number was listed as Indian and Rotherham based. SCAM - Given the comments from other people and the fact that I had a scam text from Sky, then the odds are this is also a scam.

Suspicious of this, texted a message about going camping and then on replying that it was a wrong number, attempted to learn details about me, blocked just in case.

Fraud Called offering iPhone 14 and when challenged on price agreed to a rate so low that it had to be a fraud. Called back when i ended the call and told me to F*** off. Charming gentleman to be avoided. I suspect the 100% rating is a fraud too

this is a SCAM, they call disguised as a debt collector via a mobile saying you owe money for a High Court Writ and they will call at a given time so its best you pay immediatley. Its a scam.
