These people obtain, STEAL, your tel. number from your ip address via metadata. Ever come accross annoying adverts when browsing online which doesn t let you close? ie. Engadget, youtube etc... The business directory phones my office about 6 times a day. Most of the time they wait until I answer before they simply hang up. Other times they ask for my company details. They don t even ask if I want to advertise. Despite referring this to their complaint department they still continue to bombard me with calls. This is now harassment

I keep receiving calls from this number despite blocking it - they sometimes phone up to five times a day! They always ask for Andrew, the idiot who must have mistyped his mobile number when downloading a report or who knows what from this "financial" crowd. I ve asked them politely to remove my number from their database ... to no avail. I ve said I m going to report them to the police if they keep calling me, which usually makes them put down the phone if I don t beat them to it!

Called and offered to stop 100% of private and unknown callers for ?1.90 a month. They had some of our bank details and knowledge of our previous insurance cover of our sky box. When we refused to give bank details over the phone and we requested info to be posted, the caller refused. She gave a contact number and we then found this web site thankfully.

Rang twice on 11 April at 15.50. Both times when I answered, the caller hung up immediately.
