Fraud: This UK Vodafone mobile number is being used by fraudsters who are targeting people to pay a deposit for an apartment which does not exist. The paid money then goes into a fraudulently opened bank account. It can be evidenced that they also steal peoples identities to open bank accounts and to advertise apartments to rent as described above.

Fraud and Scam Be aware, he is buying items using fake bank email accounts. Which you will never get be paid and he will be asking you back money of supposed an error of the bank.

Scammer - picks a common name (like Julie) and if you know one (as I do) they pretend Julie has a new number and tell you to delete the old number. Then they ask you to send the details i.e. names and numbers of everyone you both know - so they can be scammed (and they will as the scammers will then have names. I sent them details of Mickey Mouse, Donald Trump and the Queen. DO NOT GIVE YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS NUMBERS OUT

life insurance scam

Based in Ireland. Phoned me twice. I phoned back. No response. I kept up the annoying call backs until it said 'line busy'. Then I rang them again. Amazingly, no response yet again. So of course, I tried them again. Unfortunately, 'line busy'. So I politely waited 5 minutes before I phoned them again. Alas, no response. So I'm currently waiting half an hour. I feel bad for them. But, yes. Absolute spam. And I have nothing to do with Ireland.

Foreign asian voice. "I'm 'phoning about your Insurance claim" I asked where from. He answered UK. I replied "You dirty liar I'm reporting you to the police." and phone went dead I did the (call back) and number 0141 649 0791 came up. I dialed this number with and without area code but "the number you have dialed has not been recognised" What is BT playing at allowing unregistered numbers to call. I hold them responsible. Should the police not be involved.
