I ve left a comment as they are now seemingly going from "National Utilities" to "Concept Industries". I ve been called by this number and others today regarding a recent tenancy change at my premises. I ve owned and lived in the property for 7 years! The girl ended up putting the phone down on me after she couldn t wriggle out of a few questions I asked. A load of nonsense. Other numbers they ve used include - 01495 816006 and 01622 248006 I m also pretty certain it s the same girl who phones, ha!

At least 2 calls every day from this number. When I do pick up the phone goes dead. Its about time the TPS in this country gained real power like the US, over there if a company calls after being told not, they have to pay a fixed penalty to the homeowner. I told him this call was being recorded by Merseyside police (white lie), he told me to put on my computer and tried to tell me to look for icons/apps (not sure).
