Received automated call after attempting to make a payment with my card which was refused. Automated voicemail left this number to call. This number is for the Fraud line call centre in Sunderland. I was wary at first about giving details and voiced this but service advisor said if worried not legit to call number on the back of my card and will be put through to them (not pressured into giving any security info at all). This seems to be a scam operation. A woman phoned us from this phone number and said could they come and do an asbestos check on our house. We have no asbestos at all, and when I stated my reluctance to make a firm appointment, they immediately cut off.

Had a call from this number, said hello but just heard silence. Waited a few seconds and caller hung up. Will Add to block list of phone numbers.

Answered the phone to someone saying they were from HMRC and I owed money and if I didn't press 1 to talk someone would be around to arrest me. I'm still waiting....................

Came up as a local number (01947) but it was from a call centre. All numbers round here start with a 6 or an 8. and there are no call centres in this rural area.

Yet another nuisance or computer generated call. They keep moving round the country.
