Scam call purportedly from bank advising of fraudulent credit card transactions which they are blocking. The caller wants you to input a code which they text to you. DO NOT DO SO. If you do they will, no doubt, get access to your account. I put a block on the call number via my mobile phone provider and sent an email to the bank's security dept informing them of the scam.

These people obtain, STEAL, your tel. number from your ip address via metadata. Ever come accross annoying adverts when browsing online which doesn t let you close? ie. Engadget, youtube etc... This number hacked into my eBay account and was looking up a £1000+ iphone
Automated message from scammer claiming to be from my bank
Had a call from this number which rung once then hung up to have a private number phone back immediately. I answered and didn t say anything, neither did they, I left my phone, came back and the vall was still on going after 10 mins of no-one saying a word I hung up.
This number keeps calling me I have it blocked but somehow it gets through. I answer it and can here people in the background and a lady says hello then hangs up. When I dial 1471 an automated voice said the number was not in service; this was in an American lady. This is really annoying.
