Caller said he was from the 'Road Traffic Department', in order to sound like an official call, Eventually after I quizzed him about the Road Traffic Department he said they had information that someone at the address of my telephone number had had a road traffic accident in the last two years.He said, "Is this correct?" I said that if he was from the Road Traffic Department he would know if it was true or not. (No one has.) He then hung up. Ambulance-chasing scam artists!

This number comes from Cambridge, I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing, no luck. People pls did someone answer this number, who is it?
