Very aggressive sales call from Vodafone (legit, the number is on their website). Keeps calling back despite me asking them not to. If you are a customer make a formal complaint, it takes 2 minutes using the form on their website. Not a nice way to treat loyal customers.

Like another person wrote on here, I said no to the insurance on the website, the person was friendly enough and accepted no thanks, but I didn t consent to my number being used in that way, only for delivery info (i.e. time slot) to be given. Always ask them security questions, they got the order number correct and I don t know if there is a scam where they say they ll take away the old appliance for free, and then somehow charge you or possibly sign you up for insurance even though you said no, idk. Have been contacted by this company no less than 4 times a week for close to a month. They claim to be Caledonian gold. Selling shares in the ownership of the gold market. The refuse to take no for an answer. I have had three different males call me claiming the previous colleagues have moved on.
