Rang telling me that I had had a bump on the road and would I like to claim for this. When I said I hadn t had a crash they said Oh, our records state you have, could we be confusing you with someone else in your household? - to which the answer was again no. When I asked her to remove my number she hung up on me.
SCAM The caller, who had an African accent, said that he was calling from Microsoft because they had noticed I had downloaded a lot of Malaysias viruses. He then asked whether my computer was on and if I was using. When I suggested that he seemed to have my details and that he send me a mail, he hung up.

telesales staff from the same number calling again. but claimed he was not calling from 0161 814 8203. when I checked, guess what. He was.
Ring several times a day before 9 a.m. and until 9 p.m. Has gone on for months. I am at my wits end. We have telephone preference. Makes no difference. Sometimes no one is there. Sometimes want to ask a few questions and argue. Not easy to cut them off. Very distressing.
Getting 4-5 calls weekly. I don t answer from numbers I don t know & as they didn t leave a message I presume they re spammers.
