To be honest anyone idiotic enough to fall for a scam like this deserves to be scammed.

I Got the call twice from this number to my mobile phone within a week. First time its disconnected as soon as I picked the call. Second time someone spoke with me and verified my name by telling the name correctly and asking that have I met with a road accident and claiming. I have replied my name is correct but I didn t met any accident and applying claims. Missed a call from them, called back and a robot asked me if i want them to remove my number. Weird

Called at 2.36am today,fortunately we did not hear the phone ring and will certainly not call back after reading these comments.

Caller identified themselves as Steven from Holiday Assist enquiring about Package Holidays I had taken in the past. Could supply me with no details of any holidays I had taken...

2 weeks ago I answered and a lady with very little knowledge in englsih talked to me. She could not say the company name or anything. I told her to delete my cell phone number completely and said I wasn t interested at all in anything she could say. Despite this that number has called me in average 2-3 times a day... for 2 weeks.. As there is no company name to be told - I suspect they re nothing but hackers.. But can t say for sure.

Car accident scam - called me yesterday. hanged up as soon as I say I don t drive

Repeatedly called by Wills UK despite never having given permission and having told them not to call me ever again. When you call them on this number, you get a recording saying that they will call you back and press 1 to remove your number. It doesn t, and they call you over and over again.

Yes this is HSBC. I have an account with them and this was my LOCAL branch calling to make sure I was aware of changes and to ensure I was using the acc correctly. Very pleasant lady and took 5mins of my time. No problem to report.
