Did not recognise this number but a previous tellows report mentioned the name Baxi and as I have an appointment with an engineer from that company I called the number. Unfortunately the call nformed me that the engineer s appointment to was delayed by two days!

Rang today but hung up just as I answered. No doubt PPI or Accident firms touting for business.
TAXES / HMRC Robocall allegedly from HMRC saying that they are about to take legal action against you and press one, leave your details to prevent legal action being taken. No human interaction whatsoever. When you try to call it back ( from a withheld number you get an immediate divert saying sorry calls can't be taken at this time or an unobtainable tone.

I received a call from this number asking for a random name. When I said wrong number he asked me to confirm my number back to him! When I asked him if he would give his number to someone that cold called him he hung up.

At the other end of the phone was a robotic recorded voice allegedly calling from HMRC to say that I had carried out fraudulent activity and that a warrant would be issued for my arrest unless I pressed 1 and followed the instructions.
