Turned out to be a PIN phone used by prisoners at HMP Styal. Female prison in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
Fraud - automated message stating they are from HMRC and that I have a pending Fraud case and if I don't press 1 I will be arrested shortly. Currently sitting with a cup of coffee waiting for the police :-P
