Thieves that subscribe you to premium rate texts without your knowledge or permission then give this fake number to unsubscribe. Calling is pointless...a recorded message asks for your number and a message then hangs up. Charges continue to rack up. I had to call my network to block 3rd party charging. I would urge anyone who has a Talktalk package to make a note of this number. The 0870 number they give you is to a foreign call centre. I have made a complaint to them and demanded a UK number to call, and this is it.

The text was written in Swedish (I live in Sweden) and stated that I had an unpaid parking debt and provided a link - which I didn't follow.
