On some phones you can block the numbers, I have an iPhone 5s and it s very handy being able to block these pests. Iv had 30+ calls from different numbers the past few weeks too! of which I just keep blocking. Iv answers a few times and one guy was so nasty after I politely asked him to stop calling.. He was unbelievably rude and threatening!

Just received call from this number. Didn t answer and no message left. I rang 1471 and obtained number and rang it three times and it was a dead line.

Yet another of those "I ve been informed that you ve been involved in a car accident that wasn t your fault. Is that right?" calls. Damned annoying.

Had a liverpudlian girl called Lucy call me just from 01704222222, said she was calling from Alderley Assist, got the usual call centre spiel, had my name on file which I confirmed. I asked her what I could do for her and to cut to the chase as I was busy and got a mouthful of abuse being called and ugly [email protected] and other nice names. Very aggressive so asked them to Hold while I get a pen. Dragged this out for them for 4 mins - lol - at least i wasted their time! Score to the consumer!
