Received several telephone calls from this number, Kilmarnock number but said they were based in Glasgow and working on behalf of trust deed Scotland, asked me about any unsecured debts I have. I have none. They said that they would take me off their system. Don t know how they got my number, but they also knew my name. Very random. And annoying.

Again as previous comments, said his name was Micheal and that the TalkTalk router was down loading malicious virus and can I open up my computer. I said I would switch off the router and he hung up. This is the second time they have called
Had a feeling this was ADT, haven t confirmed it but the comments seem to strongly indicate ADT. On top of the 0161 code. Just rang now at 3.19 in the morning, about five to six rings before I d even got to it, and then stopped. I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. Re The failed bank payment, the bank itself stopped this money and when I spoke to my bank it was decided that the £149 seemed high for an anti viral program and there was a possibility of fraud.
