Had a phone number twice from slightly differing numbers but both commencing 07808166. Recorded msg informing me that my NI number has been compromised and to key 1 before legal proceedings are taken against me!!! Needless to say I just hung up - has anyone else received these calls?

This firm leave a message claiming that I "opted into" receiving debt management advice. This is a lie. They are a very dubious organisation as they use an illicit identity and do not conform to recognised data protection or marketing standards.

SCAM Said they were BT, and our line was about to be cut off. So, not neutral folks, it's a scam. They can cut our BT landline if they want. We're in Hull on Kingston Telecom, so no BT landlines here. Their office location is said to be in London, on or close to Trafalgar Sq. ... so very close, the Met could pick them up. But somehow doubt that will happen.

I have told friends and family to leave a message and I will pick-up the phone as soon as I recognise the caller or the reason for the call or I will call back. SCAM Fake mobile contract facilitator, I didn't go this far because I'm not an idiot but they will "accept" your application for a mobile phone contract and will request a deposit and the first month upfront, to then not send your device but still take monthly payments.
These people call me every single day - now i dont even answer the call, i just reject the call. Surely it is illegal but they get away with it so they continue. i can assure them they wont get anything from me - find another fool...
