This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. Same as the other posters, got a call but they hung up before I answered.
Internet claiming to be from BT open reach telling me I have an issue with my internet. Had a very strong accent, so I apologised and said I couldnt understand her very well so I would call BT immediately to find out what the issue was. She didnt have any response to this, will note as annoying as no idea if it would have been a dangerous scam had I not hung up, but as she was telling me to check my router then come back & they would 'fix it' I would assume this is where it was heading!!!

Warning after scammers threaten to 'suspend National Insurance numbers' automated messages tells "failure to appear at the Magistrates Court will result in the suspension of your National Insurance Number." Victims of the scam were then asked to call a number to "resolve" the issue. "This is a scam.
