Had a liverpudlian girl called Lucy call me just from 01704222222, said she was calling from Alderley Assist, got the usual call centre spiel, had my name on file which I confirmed. I confirm that it s illegal. I believe they call from Asia because it is a financial call centre but they call when here is night! I don t use bad words because I don t want a ban, but they are criminal!

Called by Jack Wilson & told I ve not responded to computer warning alerts and troubleshooting. Please sit in front of my computer and it ll take 5 minutes to sort it out. I asked for his name and the company, he rushed in to telling me I have a problem . I ve not turned my PC on this morning. He didn t say what kind of operating system has a problem ie PC or Mac. All too pushy on the phone. The telephone number is not a central London, Hanover Square number. I don t trust it.
