Called me and then after a 2 sec silence gave an automated message saying no one from Utilita available to take a call. Gave a number to ring to opt out of marketing. Do they understand GDPR? They have rung my wifes mobile twice a day for a week!
They call about twice a week- usually silent. I see the number and ignore. Now blocked!
Utitilta. Ring daily regardless if you hang up on them, don't speak or swear at them. Had to send number to auto reject list.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2038684xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing, accident chasers, PPI claims, "car accident which was not your fault". Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new, new scope, or still the same story?
