He did not use my name or say what domestic appliances he wanted to talk about, or why he wanted to talk about them. This number has called several times, including 9 calls today. Young man called Chris - claiming he’s an energy advisor in this area. Answered once - told him I’m not the property owner and he hung up. Just answered - told him I’d already spoken to him and he just said “nice talking to you” and hung up.
Beware this is a scammer. Tried to get £840 for a replacement phone from me by pretending to be one of my children. Has been reported online.

Known scam 0845 and 0843 numbers call for a second or two. They rely on you to call back as the number looks official. You are then played a recorded message that is designed to keep you on the line as the call is charged at over a £1 per minute. So you end up paying for the scam and your phone company probably won't help as you made the call willingly.

Company claiming to be investigating fradulant timeshare reclaim companies. No idea whether they are genuine.
They claimed to be from my bank (VM money was Yorkshre Bank) to ask me about potential fraud on my card. (£52 on Argos in Aberdeen) I was supicious when they got agressive when I didn't know my banking paswword and I said I would have to call them back. I called the fraud number I have in my phone (0800 121 4251) and they confirmed it wasn't them that called me before. The chap on the actual fraud line also said that the real bank won't ask for any part of or all your internet banking password EVER!
This is valid UK-registered business based in North London. Company name is Resonate Cloud Services Limited
Getting so fed up with calls from this number, and others including what appear as mobiles, telling me that my "home appliance insurance" with them has expired, or is about to expire, and asking for my bank details so that it can be renewed. Very strange that the company insuring me (they're not, of course) has no idea what appliances I have. Calls coming 2-4 times each day.
